Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist

Rebecca joined the team in 2017 as a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist. Rebecca completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT University and is a Myotherapy Association Australia registered member.


Rebecca has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, whether to reduce pain and soft tissue dysfunction, increasing range of motion, improving sporting performance and injury rehabilitation, and prevention. Rebecca believes in tailoring each Myotherapy treatment to the client’s needs to increase positive outcomes and restoring the integrity of soft tissue through a range of manual techniques, dry needling and exercise prescription.

During her studies, Rebecca has had the opportunity to treat basketball athletes at the Australian College of Sport and performers at the National Institute of Circus Arts, focusing on injury prevention and recovery. She has enjoyed playing netball for many years and likes to stay active and feel strong through Strength training and Pilates.

Rebecca is also a registered provider with Evidence For Exercise, an education platform for allied health professionals to prescribe the latest and most efficient, evidence-based exercises programs.
