Amy completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Southern School’s of Natural Therapies in Melbourne and has been a massage therapist for five years. Managing or eradicating physical pain and helping guide clients in continuing their physical health, Amy loves seeing the rewarding results that massage can have in clients.
Ideal for chronic pain and injury, Amy uses a combination of remedial modalities including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and manual lymphatic drainage to achieve a result that is both therapeutic and relaxing. She also has completed continued professional education with Bruce Bentley in Modern Cupping and Myofascial Cupping and Dry Needling with Dr. Jon Marshall and is qualified in pregnancy massage.
Amy has worked in the field of remedial and relaxation massage for some of Victoria’s top spa’s, volunteered in massage for several charities and sporting clubs including St. Kilda’s Sacred Heart Clinic and the Women’s Circus.
Away from work she loves craft, her pet mini lop bunny, she’s a political activist, roller derby girl, and world traveller…
